I would love to make green smoothies, but unfortunately I dropped our blender a few months ago and broke it. :-(

The main way we enjoy spinach is a salad, although this recipe from The Finer Things looks delicious:

Thanks for the helpful stats on spinach!

Definitely sounds yummy! My face spinach is just a simple salad with home-made dressing:
3 parts oil
2 parts vinegar
3 parts brown sugar
Shake it all up, pour it over spinach, toss in a handful of strawberries, yummo! =)

Mmm! Spinach brown rice casserole sounds great! I love having at least 1 meatless meal a week. This is something to look into! :)

I'd love to make green smoothies, but I dropped our blender a few months ago and it broke :-( I'll have to wait til my birthday or Christmas to get another.

We usually only eat spinach via salads, but I have made this dip before:
http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Hot-Artichoke-and-Spinach-Dip-II/Detail.aspx
It's fantastic!
And I want to try this recipe (I'd probably substitute turkey bacon for regular):
http://amysfinerthings.com/bacon-and-spinach-alfredo

Thanks for the info!

PS... I think I'm going to make your fudge for Mother's Day!
