					<description>While we don't have a garden (someday, hopefully!), we do have trouble eating an entire bag of baby spinach before it goes bad, since it's just the two of us. So this is a good idea! I'm sure frozen spinach would work well to add to smoothies. Thanks for the tutorial!</description>
