I don't have any ideas about organizing them but I did find something great for all the different spices in my cupboard. It is a spice step rack. It has three steps and allows me to see/reach all my spices. This way I am not fumbling around in the cupboard for them. I found it at Canadian Tire...Sunbeam brand.
